The genuine STIHL 0000 997 5503 Clutch Spring is a factory OEM centrifugal clutch tension spring designed for selected STIHL professional cut-off saws. Manufactured from hardened spring steel, this component provides the correct clutch engagement tension required for smooth power transfer from the engine to the cutting disc. Replacing worn or stretched clutch springs helps restore factory clutch performance, reduces clutch slippage and minimises excessive wear on clutch shoes and drums.
